Alex is a great addition to our kennel staff! He is currently in school working on his Associates in Art’s degree at Tallahassee Community College. His goal is to gain experience working with animals.His future plans are to enlist in the United States Navy and become an automotive technician. Alex has two cats and a Yorkshire Terrier.
Please welcome to the team, Mary! Mary is an important member in our kennels and loves having the opportunity to work hands on with our animals! After graduating from FSU, she plans to go to nursing school. Her goal is to eventually work in the trauma ward. Mary has one cat named “Robbie” and one dog named “Coco”.
Gage is a vital member to our kennel techs! He’ll always greet you with a smiling face and a helping hand. He is planning on going to school to further his knowledge in veterinary medicine and become a certified vet tech. Gage has 2 cats “Smitty” and “Rosalie”.
Michael is a great help in our kennels and loves having the opportunity to assist our clients and learning more about veterinary medicine. In the future, he would like to be a vet himself in the southeast! In his spare time he loves playing gold, hunting, and fishing. Michael has to labs, “Huntley” and “Tally”.
Melissa joined the kennel staff with hopes of gaining experience working with animals and helping give all of our pets TLC! She is currently in the process of attaining a bachelors degree in Psychology, During her spare time, Melissa enjoys volunteering at the shelter, being outdoors with her two dogs, “Oodie” and “Shy”, and spending time with her family and friends. she hopes to one day start her own pet boarding business.
Chase is excited to learn all about animal care from our loving staff. He looks forward to being able to helping each animal anyway he can.
Emma has been an animal lover since she was a child! Upon graduation from high school, Emma plans to attend Tallahassee Community College. Her future goals include attending the Florida State University nursing program. She loves caring for your furry family members in our boarding facility. “Pickle” is her fiesty feline pet! She has two family dogs, “Dolly” and “Tilly.”

Emily loves spending time with our boarding patients! Taking care of your four-legged family members is her goal. Upon graduation from Tallahassee Community College she plans to transfer to Florida State University to study environmental science. She looks forward to gaining the education necessary to help conserve and protect wildlife species. When she is not in school or here caring for your fur babies, you can find her at the beach, hiking, or playing the ukulele. Emily loves cuddling with her cat, “Swiper.”
Iris enjoys gaining experience working with animals! While currently at Florida State University studying biology, her future plans include attending veterinary school. When not at NFAH with your fur babies she looks forward to free time reading and swimming! She has a chameleon named “Randall,” and a golden retriever named “Denver.”
Donald is always willing to lend a helping hand to others! Part of our kennel team, Donald looks forward to caring for your fur babies each day. When away from NFAH, Donald spends time with his wife and their dog “Buster.”
Cayla looks forward to building relationships with our clients everyday! She plans to complete a degree in Biology, and continue with a career in the field of science. When not at NFAH caring for your fur babie, she can be found on the softball field, or spending time with her family and friends! She has two love bugs at home, “Jasper” and “Stella Rose.”
