Marcus is the Head of our Surgery Department. He has been with NFAH since 2002. Marcus enjoys all aspects of being a surgical technician, and enjoys leading our surgical staff each day. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his friends, his wonderful wife Michelle, and their two adorable children. They have one dog, a sweet black lab named “Charlene.”
Haley is a fantastic member of our surgical team. Constantly eager to learn, Haley is always looking for ways to improve and grow in the veterinary industry. She treats each patient like her own pet to ensure the best possible experience. Haley can nearly always be found near the water, or with her precious pups “May,” “Ruby,” and “Toby.”
Alex began working with us as a kennel technician, where he learned valuable animal care skills that he is able to apply to surgical care today. He is dedicated to individualized patient care, and believes each surgical case is important. When he’s not working, Alex enjoys reading, cooking and weightlifting. His goal is to attain a degree that allows him to work with animals. He has a German Shepherd named “Zelig”, a Dachshund named “Keefus”, and two cats named “Tiger” and “Spike”.
Education: Florida State University, Biology
Cody is a great member to our Veterinary Technician Team. Always interested in science, Cody is a graduate of FSU with hopes of having a career in medicine. Cody is always looking for ways to help, and constantly strives to exceed expectations. An outdoors man, Cody enjoys spending time a the beach, surfing, and zip lining. He and his beautiful wife, Anna, have one dog named Luna.
Sarah joins our NFAH surgery team with three years of experience in a human surgical setting. Her love for animals has driven her to translate her surgical skills to the veterinary field. Sarah grew up on a farm, and has always had a love for animals. She looks forward to providing attentive care for our surgical patients every day. Her own fur babies included two rescued Pit Bull Terriers, “Georgia” and “Huck,” and an adorable Pomeranian “Lila.”
