Willie, C.V.T. – Veterinary Technician Manager
Education: Certified Veterinary Technician
Willie is our Veterinary Technician Manager. He received his Certified Veterinary Technician degree from the Veterinary Technology Program in Thomasville, Georgia. While he is an important asset to our hospital, we are proud to share Willie with the United States Armed Forces. Always spreading his smile to those around him, Willie works hard to set a good example for his sweet son, TJ. Willie is always willing to help, and is a wonderful leader for our staff. When he is not at NFAH, or on duty Willie spends time lifting weights, playing football, and caring for his husky mix, Chopper.
Megan, C.V.A. – Hospital Services Manager

Megan has been with NFAH since 2003 and is our Hospital Services Manager. Her duties include managing our inventory, vendor relations, and managing work flow throughout the hospital. Megan is married to a wonderful husband, and they have one adorable son. In her spare time, Megan enjoys hanging out with friends, going to the beach and being outdoors. She two pups “Tripp” and “Girlie,” and three cats, “Frederick”, “Kevin” and “Cori”.
Brittney has been with our hospital since 2011 and wonderful at individualizing patient care. Taking the time to get to know our clients and patients personally, Brittney is adept at identifying personality traits in each pet and using that knowledge to make them most comfortable. Her pets include one sweet orange kitty named “Clyde,” a treat-loving Lab Mix named “Bailey,” and her adopted Boykin Spaniel “Brodie Mae.”
Education: Associates Degree, Florida Firefighter Certificate, Nationally certified EMT
Michael is an experienced technician, who also works for the Tallahassee Fire Department. Michael loves getting to know our clients and working with animals. An avid FSU fan, Michael can usually be found on the water, fishing, or spending time with friends and family. He has one loving spaniel named “Winney Grace.”
Education: St. Petersburg College of Veterinary Technology
Kellie joined our technician team in 2014 and is pursuing her Veterinary Technology degree. She loves caring for animals and enjoys the hands on experience she will gain while working at NFAH.In her spare time Kellie likes to spend time with her husband and her animals. She also enjoys reading or catching up on her favorite TV shows (Supernatural). Kellie has 3 dogs, Dante, Kane and Bennie; 3 cats, MC, Tigger and Timmie, as well as, 12 chickens and 3 roosters.
Education: Currently attending Florida A&M University
We are proud to have Karon as a member of our Veterinary Technician Team. Karon is on the path to becoming a veterinarian. While obtaining experience in the veterinary field, Karon is completing a masters degree in Toxicology to satisfy his love of the laboratory environment. We look forward to helping Karon build the skills and necessary knowledge for a successful career in veterinary medicine. Karon has two loving pit bull terriers, “Kane” and “Frenchy.”
Justin is an enthusiastic member of our team! Often found singing in the halls, or chatting with new people, Justin knows no strangers. With several years of experience, Justin is a great resource for new technicians in training. He enjoys cooking, playing video games, frisbee golf, and tennis. He has one lab/shepherd mix, “Odin”, a bob tailed cat, “Varamyr”, and one albino corn snake named “Dr. Walter Bishop.”
Kaitlyn just joined our veterinary technician team who comes to us with a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology. Kaitlyn is looking forward to expanding her knowledge in the field of veterinary practice and medicine at NFAH, all the while providing the best care possible to our clients and their fur babies! Her future plans include veterinary school with a specialization in aquatic animals. In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, yoga, reading and watching football.
Whitney is part of our technical team at NFAH. She came to us with previous experience as a kennel manager at Disney World, and a Vet Assistant Diploma from the Florida Institute of Animal Arts. She is looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience while continuing her animal care career, and advancing her skills. When Whitney isn’t at work she enjoys playing volleyball, working out, spending time at the beach, riding 4-wheelers, golfing, fishing, and really just being outdoors!
Deniece is a very hard worker and we are lucky to have her as our hospital attendant. Deniece comes to us with a major in Biology from FSU. Originally from Pensacola, Deniece hopes to one day become a Veterinarian herself! When not providing quality care for our hospitalized patients, she dances in the Tallahassee Ballet Company. Deniece has a shepherd mix named “Webkin” and one beta fish named “Draco”.

We are lucky to be a part of Devyn’s path to becoming a veterinarian! She is eager for the opportunity to learn new skills and further her knowledge in veterinary medicine. When not caring for our patients at NFAH, Devyn enjoys playing acoustic guitar and spending time with her family. Her two cats “Lina” and “Rajah” keep her free time occupied at home.
Education: B.S. Criminology, Florida State University
Eric joined our NFAH family as a kennel technician for a few years, before joining our Veterinary Technician Team. We are lucky to have the opportunity to utilize his calm demeanor and stress free attitude. Eric plans to return to FSU to receive a degree in Middle Eastern Studies, and master the Arabic language. His goals involve working for the government or private international conflict resolution company. Eric has accumulated a lot of animal care and behavior experience, beginning with his own boxer, “Scrappy.”

Panos is a great member of our Vet Tech Team, and always eager to learn! Panos is a student at FSU, hoping to eventually graduate with a Master’s in Bio Medical Engineering. He has a profound interest in science, and plans to one day pursue a career in prosthetics. When not studying, or helping us provide care for your furry family members, Panos can be found with his dog “Bono,” and his cat “Richard.”
Education: B.S. Biology
Connor is passionate and focused on his future in veterinary medicine! He loves helping animals in anyway he can, and looks forward to applying to veterinary school. Connor played baseball at Presbyterian College, and still loves the sport. In his spare time he enjoys playing the guitar, reading, and spending time with his furry family member, “Huck.”

Camille is on the track to one day become a veterinarian. While caring for you fur babies she is also pursuing a Biology degree at FSU. She enjoys taking the time with each pet to cater to their specific needs. When not at NFAH or school, Camille loves to spend time with her family, her Golden Retriever “Finn,” and hang out at the beach!
Alex works hard caring for patients, and assisting our doctors. He is currently attending Florida State University. His goal is to gain experience working with animals. His future plans are to enlist in the United States Navy and become an automotive technician. Alex has two cats and a Yorkshire Terrier.
Kelli is a vital part of our team, caring for our hospitalized patients overnight. Her passion for animals began at a very young age. Growing up, Kelli’s best friend had a parent that worked at a veterinary clinic. As a child, Kelli had the opportunity to see veterinary care in action, and even suture a stuffed animal dog! She knew from then on that animal care was the field for her, and has worked as a veterinary technician for several years. We love that Kelli believes in NFAH’s passion for quality medicine for each patient. She is always excited to do her job and goes above and beyond for our patients. Her own canine companions are “Paisley” and “Oakley.”
Education: B.S. in Biology from San Francisco State University & A.S. in Exotic Animal Training and Management from America’s Teaching Zoo at Moorpark College
Nicole has a wealth of knowledge as a marine mammal trainer. Prior to joining our NFAH family, Nicole worked with dolphins and sea lions for the Navy Marine Mammal Program. While she may have spent years in the water, we are happy to have her on dry land helping us care for your pets. Nicole is a proud new homeowner in our great city, and loves spending time outdoors. Animal medicine has been a longtime interest for Nicole, and she uses each day and experience to further her knowledge and abilities. She has one canine companion, a Rottweiler/Shepherd mix, “Orion.”
Emma has been an animal lover since she was a child! Upon graduation from high school, Emma plans to attend Tallahassee Community College. Her future goals include attending the Florida State University nursing program. She started at NFAH caring for your furry family members in our boarding facility, and has since become a valued member of our Veterinary Technician team. “Pickle” is her fiesty feline pet! She has two family dogs, “Dolly” and “Tilly.”
Cayla looks forward to building relationships with our clients everyday! She plans to complete a degree in Biology, and continue with a career in the field of science. She started out as part of our Kennel team and has moved to Veterinary Tech to learn more about veterinary medicine. When not at NFAH caring for your fur babies, she can be found on the softball field, or spending time with her family and friends! She has two love bugs at home, “Jasper” and “Stella Rose.”

Kevin is an enthusiastic member of our NFAH Tech Team! An avid adventurer, Kevin enjoys action sports, cooking, and finding new hiking spots. Kevin served on the FSU cheer team for four years, and still enjoys physical fitness. He brings his excitement to animal care each and every day here, and loves being able to provide service to those animals in need. His lab mix Roxanne, and Boxer mix Tigger are his best fur-buddies!
Education: Currently attending Florida State University
Logan grew up owning all kinds on animals in the Florida panhandle. He is currently pursuing a degree in Biology from FSU, and has plans to attend veterinary school upon completion. Logan has a special interest in exotic large cats. When not studying or assisting our doctors as a Veterinary Assistant, Logan can be found fishing, playing sports, or spending time with his feline friend, and American Shorthair “JoJo.”
